Hoop Education are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Sports Coaches to deliver and support on a variety of secondary subjects to students aged 11-16. This role involves:
- Demonstrating strong classroom management and utilizing available resources within the classroom.
- Promoting and encouraging students to meet the expectations set in the absence of the regular teacher.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience coaching or working with children within the last 3 years.
- Currently possess or are working towards a recognized sport qualification (e.g., Sport Coaching, Sport and PE, Sport Performance, SCRAM, Sport Management).
- Ability to effectively engage students and manage class behavior.
- Ability to build strong, positive relationships with pupils and remain composed under pressure.
