We are in search of a Damp and Mould Surveyor to take on this job at a highly respectable social housing organisation within the Cardiff area on a temporary contract. Responsibilities of the Damp and Mould Surveyor role:
  • Taking responsibility for repair services requests and complaints made by tenants
  • Understanding technical terms and damp causes, from leaks to condensation
  • Inspection of properties to specify repair/improvements in relation to damp and mould cases
  • Accurately record all necessary project information to assist in the control of the project
  • To prepare reports relating to condensation
