We are working with a leading national contracting group with a focus on commercial refurbishment, maintenance and retro refits of social housing stock. The company are based in South Wales but have recently expanded its geographical footprint and now work across Southern and Southwest England.
The company have a very busy orderbook and future pipeline of work and require a Estimator / Surveyor to join their commercial team to price new schemes and commercially deliver through to finial account.
This position plays a key role within a small but friendly commercial team and offers the successful candidate a progressive opportunity within the wider group.
Key Criteria:
- Minimum of five years experience within a quantity surveying role
- Experience of producing estimates
- Refurbishment /Social Housing experience is desirable but not essential
