The Company

The Client, an international environmental and advisory firm that provides specialist services in transportation, infrastructure, and environmental planning, is looking for a Transport Planner to join the team in the Cardiff office.

The team comprise of highly experienced transport planning specialists with a wealth of knowledge gained from working across both the public and private sectors. With a diverse portfolio spanning residential, commercial, education, leisure, retail, and public sector projects, they are at the forefront of shaping future transport networks.

The Position of a Transport Planner

  • Support transport projects from inception to completion.
  • Mentor and support junior members of staff.
  • Work with other consultancies in multi-discipline teams on development projects.

Essential Requirements for a Transport Planner

  • A degree in applicable subject; Transport Planning, Civil Engineering, Geography.
  • Demonstrable previous consultancy experience.
  • Experience preparing and reviewing Transport Assessments, Travel Plans and Environmental Statement Chapters.
