Junior/Trainee Vehicle Mechanic (No Saturdays + Progression)

Cardiff

£30,000 - £35,000 (Subject to experience) + 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday (+10 hours of overtime)

Are you a motor mechanic with a level 2 or levelhigher looking to work for local and well-established garage who have a great customer base and provide excellent training and development programs?

On offer is the chance for a Vehicle Motor Mechanic to join a local and long-standing Garage with a great reputation. Established over 40 years ago, this family business has provided a range of services and maintain the highest level of standards across the board.

In this role, the successful Vehicle Motor Mechanic would be responsible for a range of motor vehicle issues on customers as well as their fleet vehicles with the opportunity for taking on more responsibility as you progress within your profession.

The ideal Motor Vehicle Mechanic would be local to Cardiff and the garage, have their own tools and keen to join a local and long-standing family run business.

The Role

  • A good approach to customer service.
  • Fault finding and diagnostic work using diagnostic equipment accompanied with your own knowledge and experience.
  • Service / Repairs.

The Person:

  • NVQ Level 2 or time served.
  • Motor mechanic background.
  • Local to Cardiff.
  • Have own tools.
