  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, addressing customer concerns and keeping them updated.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of all work performed, complying with industry regulations.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Training and Development: Stay up to date with the latest manufacturer training and technology developments.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
