Up to £50,000 plus commission DOE
Permanent People have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic education recruitment professional.
Our lovely, established, growing client specialises in recruiting in a number of sectors that include successful, established Education recruitment offices in Wales and England.
Following a very successful year, our client is expanding giving you the opportunity to build a brand new business development team and be a major contributor to the business as they grow.

This role would suit an experienced billing Education Recruitment Manager who wants to create a Business Development team with the best professional support in the business.
- Salary - up to £50,000 per annum with guaranteed bonus as an introduction
- 40 hour working weeks in term time
- Reduced hours in school holidays

The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 4 years 360 Education Agency Recruitment experience ideally with management experience.
- Enjoys the challenge of Business Development as well as working with both candidates and clients to build and maintain long-lasting relationships.
- The drive to build a successful team around them.
- Passion, enthusiasm and commitment.
- A full driving license.
