Senior Full Stack Web Developer
Cardiff - £45,000 to £60,000 + Benefits
Permanent | On-site | 37.5 hours per week

Deerfoot Recruitment is working with a fast-growing lead generation company to find a skilled Senior Full Stack Web Developer. This role is fully office-based in Cardiff, offering the opportunity to join a collaborative and expanding development team.



The Role

The Full Stack Senior Developer will work closely with the Head of Development and team leads, playing a key role in delivering innovative solutions, driving improvements to infrastructure, and optimising conversion rates.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from conception to completion.
  • Collaborate with digital and partner teams to enhance user experience and partner conversions.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to developers.
  • Deliver strategic contributions to expanding the company's service offerings.


Essential Skills and Experience

  • Proficiency with Symfony (or similar frameworks) and Vue.js (or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of MySQL and ORM integration.
  • Expertise in HTML, SCSS, JavaScript, and GIT version control.
  • Familiarity with automated testing and API integrations.
  • Experience leading technical projects and mentoring developers.


Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, AWS, Docker, and server management.
  • Familiarity with DNS and DevOps processes.


Tech Stack

  • Core tools: Symfony, Vue.js, API Platform, Craft CMS, MySQL, HTML/SCSS/JS.
  • Build tools: Webpack and Grunt.
