About the position for Deputy Spa Manager
- Mentoring other Therapists
- Assist with Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Ensure that the treatment rooms are spotless
- Assist the Manager with administration duties
- Provide a fantastic guest experiences
- Assist to train and develop the team
The successful candidate for Deputy Spa Manager
- Will have at least 3 years previous experience managing a team
- Level 3 Beauty Therapist Qualification required
- Previous experience in spa within a Hotel
- Excellent communicator and leader
- Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
