Opportunities for a Corporate Tax Specialist to join a Carlisle based accountancy firm as they look to appoint both a Corporate Tax Senior and Senior Corporate Tax Manager.
As Corporate Tax Senior you will undertake a predominantly compliance based role with responsibility for managing the corporate tax compliance service to OMB clients. You will also assist the advisory team with a number of technical research and planning projects, from identifying opportunities through to completion. You will bring with you experience in areas such as R&D and company structures and be qualified either ACA or CTA.
As Senior Corporate Tax Manager you will be an experienced advisor with ambition to achieve Partnership within a firm. Working alongside the firms Partner group with OMB clients there will be a large element of transactional work, including the purchase and sale of businesses, company purchase of own shares, management buy outs and group restructuring. Experience of employee share schemes and employment taxes would be beneficial, but not essential.The role will also involve an element of management / review of corporation tax work undertaken by tax team members.
