Your new role
Reporting to the senior Finance Manager, you will provide financial support to staff across the organisation. Main duties will include the following:
- Management of Sales Ledger
- Cash allocation of payments
- Telephone/written chasing of overdue amounts
- Timely reconciliations of bank accounts
- Performance of ad hoc duties and activities
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience of Sales ledger
- Basic accounting skills
- IT competence, especially Excel
- Attention to detail and a proactive problem solver.
- Able to work as a team and on own initiative
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
- Some knowledge of VAT is desirable
What you'll get in return
