Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Operations Finance Controller to join our dynamic Operations team. This role is perfect for a data-driven professional with strong analytical skills who can effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage chargeable works operations using advanced CRM systems
- Provide comprehensive data analysis and reporting for departmental KPIs
- Support operations leadership in performance optimization and compliance
- Monitor and report on maintenance activities
- Implement efficiency dashboards using Power BI
- Audit operational data for accuracy and completeness
- Drive continuous improvement in operational processes
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or Data Analytics
- Proven experience in operational data analysis
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SharePoint
- Experience with CMMS/CAFM systems
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities
- Genuine interest in sustainable energy solutions

Compensation Package
- Base Salary: 35,000 - 37,500 (depending on experience)
- Discretionary performance bonus
- 25 days annual leave (option to purchase/sell additional 5 days)
