?? Salary: Starting at £25,420 + 20% Backshift Allowance (up to £30,042 with experience)
About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Production Operative to join our team! This role is key to ensuring the efficient production of composite panels while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
?? Safety: Follow safety protocols, attend briefings, and maintain equipment
?? Quality: Adhere to QMS standards and maintain cleanliness in the area
?? Cost: Ensure product quality and follow production schedules
?? Delivery: Operate equipment safely and report defects
?? People: Communicate with team members and managers, train where necessary
Essential Skills:
??? Good communication (written & oral)
?? Basic computer skills & knowledge of SAP
?? Factory experience and knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
?? Ability to work safely, following SOPs and risk assessments
