Property Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities

Plan and Execute Maintenance:
- Organise preventive maintenance for all properties owned or leased by the company, ensuring day-to-day upkeep.
- Generate technical reports based on building surveys for both planned and reactive maintenance.
- Develop specifications for addressing identified defects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Source suitable contractors for maintenance work and oversee projects from start to completion, maintaining expected standards.

Financial Oversight:
- Monitor adherence to financial approval levels and handle all invoices related to maintenance work.

Effective Communication:
- Collaborate with consultants and landlords to meet building regulations and successfully deliver project requirements.

Task Management:
- Maintain a log of calls and maintenance issues, prioritising tasks as needed.
- Be available outside of office hours for emergency coverage.

Additional Duties:
- Handle any ad hoc responsibilities that may arise.
