We are seeking a Children's Home Manager to join our team in Carlisle, Cumbria. In this vital role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential home, ensuring that the children and young people in our care thrive in a safe, supportive, and enriching environment.

- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare or equivalent (Level 5 is highly preferred).
- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within children's residential care.
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and standards.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of children and young people.
- Ensuring the home provides the highest standard of care and support for children and young people.
- Leading and inspiring a team of staff to achieve their full potential.
- Managing budgets, resources, and compliance with all relevant legislation.
- Developing and implementing care plans that meet individual needs and promote positive outcomes.
