Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Children's Home Manager to join our team in Carlisle. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children and young people, ensuring they receive the best care and support in a safe, nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the children's home, ensuring the highest standards of care.
  • Manage and support a dedicated team of care staff, fostering a positive, supportive work culture.
  • Develop and implement care plans, ensuring individual needs are met.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safeguarding procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:
