My client are a fantastic company to work for and specialise in  construction & maintenance. Based in the North with offices in Leeds and Carlisle, they are looking to find an Estimator for their repairs and minor works team. This role involves reviewing and processing repair requests, working closely with engineers, managers, and clients to provide accurate cost estimates. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess repair and minor work requests, consulting with engineers and managers
  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary details for accurate quotations
  • Use software and spreadsheets to calculate costs and prepare quotations.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure quotes meet expectations
  • Process orders and achieve monthly/annual targets
  • Coordinate repair works and assist in subcontractor management
  • Support project planning and sourcing reliable subcontractors
Required Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • IT Literate
  • Previous experience in a related field preferred.
