Carbon60 are looking for a Sales and Service Advisor to work for a client of theirs based in Carlisle. This position is a 12 week temp to perm and they are open to all levels of experience and are willing to provide full training. All we ask if that you have a good "can do" attitude.

  • Pay/Salary: 26,785/annum, 12.88/hour
  • Working Hours/Shift Pattern: 8:30 -17:00, Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week

Main duties & responsibilities:
Full training will be provided for all aspects of this role

  • Assist the team on-site with contacting suppliers to update or revalidate expiring quotes/licences for customer-specific engineering components
  • Always provide excellent customer service when responding to phone / email queries
  • Update the internal sales ordering system (ERP) with administration tasks as required
  • Assist the team with ad-hoc office duties with guidance from colleagues


Essential skills / experience / qualifications:

  • No work experience required - all training provided
  • Essential that the candidate shows a good attitude, shows enthusiasm and willingness to grow and develop in the role, invest in the training provided and progress their skills and career
  • Need to be comfortable with the idea of speaking to customers on the phone to ask for feedback and note the answer - stock/training phrases can be provided as well
  • Basic computer literacy skills to update systems with feedback notes and monitor emails
