Our clients are seeking experienced and skilled Bodyshop Productives to join there dynamic team. As a Panel beater you will play a crucial role in repairing or repainting accident-damaged vehicles, fitting parts, and ensuring all work aligns with estimates. If you're dedicated to craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and working within agreed timeframes, this role could be for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform timely, accurate repairs as per estimates and insurance company guidelines, helping to maximise Bodyshop labour sales.
  • Complete all work to the highest standard of quality, minimising rework and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and report any additional damage not listed on initial work instructions.
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping standards and ensure the timely removal of damaged parts.
  • Complete required documentation to company standards.
  • Ensure adherence to Bodyshop systems, procedures, and company policies.
  • Work collaboratively as part of the Bodyshop team and respond positively to requests from the Bodyshop Manager or Supervisor.
  • Comply with Manufacturer and Insurer standards and requirements.
  • Follow all relevant Health & Safety protocols.
  • Use materials and products economically to reduce waste and costs.
  • Complete all tasks within agreed timeframes.
