- Analysing billing and debt data to identify trends and devise strategies for revenue recovery.
- Conducting outbound calls to customers to secure payments.
- Verifying customer information to optimise communication efforts.
- Communicating with customers at risk of supply suspension.
- Engaging with customers in transition to maximise revenue recovery.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Experience managing projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in IT tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and email platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail with a "right-first time" mindset
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and contracts efficiently.
- Salary: £24,000 per annum (DOE) + Bonus
