Resident / Tenant Liaison Officer - Social Housing

Carlisle

Up to £28,000 Inclusive of car allowance + bonus.

TSR Recruitment are working with a leading Social Housing Contractor based in Cumbria who are now actively recruiting a TLO / RLO for various planned maintenance / planned works projects.

As an experienced Resident Liaison Officer, you will:

  • Be a visible point of contact for customers, engaging through newsletters, meetings, visits and open days.
  • Ensure residents are aware of the works processes and communicate any updates accordingly.
  • Coordinate handover of keys to site teams and provide a high standard of customer aftercare.
  • Ensure works are completed to standard and manage the expectations between residents, the client and our operations teams.
  • Be a naturally excellent communicator who can work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Be responsible for your own administrative work load (Booking and following up with appointments, reporting issues etc)

The successful Resident Liaison Officer will have:

  • Experience working as a Resident Liaison officer on the client side, preferably within planned/reactive maintenance.
  • Customer facing experience.
  • Highly organised.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, word, outlook etc).
  • Full clean UK drivers license and own vehicle.
