Customer Revenue Specialist Wanted!

Our client is seeking a Customer Revenue Specialist to join their team on a 6 month fixed term contract, with possibility to go permanent after. The Customer Revenue Specialist will be working for a rapidly growing company, with the opportunity to develop your career further and wider. The Customer Revenue Specialist must have experience in Customer Service and must be organised, self-motivated and friendly.

Key Responsibilities for the Customer Revenue Specialist:

  • Make outbound calls to customers
  • Communication with customers at risk of supply suspension
  • Communication with customers moving out to maximise revenue recovery
  • Review customer accounts
  • Analyse billing and debt data
  • Undertake customer account reconciliations
  • Review customer information ensuring all contact details are correct

Skills Required for the Customer Revenue Specialist:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good organisational, time management and planning skills
  • Solid analytical skills
  • IT literate, in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Good attention to detail
  • Willingness to think differently
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Able to work as a member of a team
  • Friendly, positive mindset and forward-thinking
