We are delighted to be recruiting a Customer Service Administrator on behalf of a prestigious and well-known local business, specialising in the sale of high-end products.
The role:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a premium customer experience by handling queries efficiently and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Answering customer enquiries (telephone, emails and Company website as well as eBay and Amazon)
- Processing returned products
- Processing refunds to customers
- Taking in deliveries
- Assisting the Service Manager
- Health and safety
- Being responsible as far as is reasonably practicable for your own health and safety, and the health, safety and welfare of other people
- Compliance with the company’s health and safety statement
Skills/Experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in a similar role
- Friendly and approachable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Organisational skills must be strong
- Willingness to learn and develop skills and product knowledge.
- Able to work individually and as a team
