Customer Service Advisor - Hybrid Role (Carlisle)

Salary: 23,000 - 23,500 DOE

Adecco is thrilled to be recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor based in Carlisle. This is a hybrid role, offering a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and self-motivated individual with a positive outlook.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Ensure excellent customer service by following quality assurance standards.
  • Handle initial responses to customer complaints and escalate when necessary.
  • Provide customers with clear and accurate information regarding district heat networks and available services.
  • Identify and resolve account and meter reading discrepancies within the billing platform.
  • Generate and analyse reports on account statuses, taking appropriate actions to resolve outstanding issues.
  • Coordinate and present servicing updates, forecasts, and progress reports to internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
