Location: Carlisle

Salary: £45k - £50k OTE

Work Pattern: On-Site + Occasional Travel

Summary

A brand new role has opened up for an Electrician to join a well-established MSP on a permanent basis. The company have offices across the UK, but you will be based in Carlisle with occasional client visits.

The next 12 months are shaping up to be their busiest time yet so there is no better time to join this outstanding company!

You role will look different everyday as duties cover data networks, electrical circuits, lighting, power and more! There will also be opportunities to travel to sites on occasion (company vehicle included), and brilliant overtime schemes.

The Role

You will be required to undertake a variety of tasks to support the planning and maintain of electrical wiring infrastructure. These tasks include: power, electrical apparatus, lighting and electrical systems such as CCTV, voice and data network cabling, and security.

  • Installation and maintenance of data network, Wifi, CCTV and door access systems
  • Maintenance, fault finding and diagnosis of electrical circuits
  • Survey, design and implement the testing of electrical wiring systems
  • Ensure all your work complies with statuary and legal requirements

Essential Skills and Requirements

  • Qualified Electrician (NVQ L3)
  • City & Guilds Qualification
  • Knowledge of Industry Codes and Practice
  • UK Full Driving Licence
  • Comfortable with site visits
