We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with our client as a full-time Production Operative in Carlisle, CA1 3NQ.
Your pay rate as a full time Production Operative:
- Basic rate from £11.53
- Overtime rate up to £14.41
Typical working hours:
- 6am until 6pm
- 4 ON 4 OFF available with £1.10 shift allowance
- Weekends 6am until 6pm and 6pm until 6am
- Shift allowance 6/2 £0.25p, 2/10 £0.63p, 6/6 days £0.25p and 6/6 nights £1 (shift allowance applicable to basic rate)
Your role as a Production Operative:
- Packing and quality checking items
- Maintain and support the wider team to ensure high standards of housekeeping and Health & Safety
- Contribute to performance and productivity targets set for staff
- Remain focused under pressure in a time-sensitive environment
