Finance Professional Opportunity - 12-Month Contract

Adecco is thrilled to partner exclusively with an innovative, fast-growing company celebrated for its outstanding workplace culture. We are seeking an experienced Finance Professional to join our client's team on a 12-month contract as they embark on an ambitious growth journey projected to reshape the next five years.

Salary:£34,000 - £40,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Operations leadership team to monitor performance, identify efficiency's, and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
  • Partner closely with Operations Coordinators to oversee and report on ongoing planned, corrective, and reactive activities.
  • Conduct audits on operational data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and deliver insightful efficiency dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
  • Generate data-driven insights to support departmental KPI tracking.
  • Prepare detailed external client reports, liaising closely with the internal Contract Management team.
  • Provide comprehensive analysis and reporting to support Operations management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance planning.
  • Overseeing chargeable works operations to deliver results and ensure works are accurately invoiced, from quotation to completion.
  • Responsible for External client reporting, working closely with our internal Contract Management team.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in both independent and team settings. Advanced computer skills are essential.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will have a finance qualification.
  • Demonstrable experience in an operational data analysis role.
  • Strong to advanced analytical skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint desirable.
  • Advanced IT skills, with experience in CMMS/CAFM systems preferred.
  • Ability to offer solutions and insights for operational queries with a high degree of reliability.
  • Excellent organisational skills and an acute attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across departments.
