Role ResponsibilitiesCorporate Tax Leadership & Advisory
  • Oversee the corporate tax function, ensuring compliance with UK tax laws and regulations
  • Manage a diverse client portfolio, including agricultural and healthcare businesses, providing tailored tax planning and advisory services
  • Identify tax-saving opportunities and assist clients in maximising efficiency while remaining fully compliant
  • Keep up to date with legislative changes in corporate tax and provide strategic guidance to both clients and the firm
Client Management & Business Growth
  • Serve as the key point of contact for corporate tax clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships
  • Provide expert advice on tax structuring, capital allowances, R&D tax credits, and group tax planning
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the firm’s growth by expanding the corporate tax offering
  • Represent the firm in networking events and industry groups, strengthening its reputation as a leader in corporate tax
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, ensuring technical excellence and career progression
  • Support junior staff with technical training and development, helping them refine their expertise in corporate tax
  • Contribute to internal process improvements, ensuring efficiency and best practices within the corporate tax function

Candidate Requirements
  • CTA, ACA, or ACCA qualification (or equivalent)
