This role is for you if you are a Paraplanner with a few exams under their belt looking to gain more experience, or if you are a Level 4 qualified Paraplanner looking for a new challenge. You will be joining a strong team where there will be support, exposure to an abundance of knowledge, great benefits, and study support to get your Level 4 if you haven’t already.

The Business

The business is a well-established IFA based in the heart of Cumbria. They are a business that values their employee’s growth, needs, and understands the need for a good work/life balance. You have the option to work in either their Carlise or Penrith office.

The Role

As a Paraplanner, you’ll be working closely with Financial Advisers by providing technical support in accordance with the client’s Financial Advice needs. After assessing the client’s needs, you will be producing timely and compliant reports.

A typical day will involve conducting research on products, writing reports that advisers will present to clients, arranging for plans to be submitted to providers, preparation of client review packs and illustration requests, and assisting with and maintaining client records.

  • Flexitime. Core hours are 10am - 12pm, and 2pm - 4pm.
  • Death in service at 4x your annual salary.

  • Paid overtime at time and a half
  • Pension contribution of 5%.
  • 25 days annual + bank holidays. Rising by 1 day with each year of service up to a maximum of 30 days.
