About the Role

As a Field Support Envoy, you'll ensure smooth operations at various client sites by covering for Stores Envoys and supporting store management functions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Stores management - receipting deliveries, stock storage, and issuing products
  • Customer service - assisting clients, suggesting cost-saving alternatives
  • Stock control - conducting stock checks, progressing orders, managing returns
  • Process improvement - driving continuous improvements in stores operations
  • Training & development - mentoring and developing Store Envoys
  • H&S compliance - maintaining high safety standards and reporting near misses
  • Site coverage - providing support across multiple locations in the UK & Ireland
What We're Looking For

? Stores & inventory management experience ??? Strong client-facing & attention to detail skills? Good understanding of Microsoft Office & SAP ??? Full UK driving licence ??? Forklift Truck Licence �?? Experience in industrial consumables, MRO, or engineering products
