Key duties will include:
- Delivering an efficient and professional service by processing orders and new enquiries
- Nurturing robust relationships with existing partners
- Reaching out to both new and current clients, creating new opportunities
- Examiningpast orders to strategise and predict customer requirements
- Take care in maintaining a record of interactions and orders on a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Supporting theCustomer Service Team with the execution of upselling
Skills and Experience:
- A history of achieving performance targets
- Strong commercial acumen and business mindset
- Proficiency in developing effective trading strategies aligned with overarching business goals
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities
- An understanding of Metric/periodic measurements
