CPN Bed Management | Carleton Clinic | Making a Difference in Mental HealthAre you a passionate Community Psychiatric Nurse looking for full time agency Shifts? Carleton Clinic is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dedicated team as a Bed Manager Band 6 NurseWhat you'll do:

  • Optimize bed utilization: You'll be the key to ensuring efficient use of our psychiatric beds, coordinating patient admissions, discharges, and transfers for seamless care.
  • Maintain a smooth flow of care: You'll collaborate with clinicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to manage patient transitions, ensuring timely and appropriate placement.
  • Act as a liaison: You'll communicate effectively with patients, families, and external agencies to facilitate smooth and efficient care.
  • Utilize your clinical expertise: You'll apply your knowledge of mental health needs and resources to make informed decisions about bed assignments.

What you'll bring:

  • Valid NMC Pin
  • Degree in Psychiatric Nursing or equivalent
