IT Support Engineer required by my leading technical client.

We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll provide onsite support, remote and installations, ensuring our clients' IT infrastructure runs smoothly. You’ll play a key part of providing IT Support to a number of clients throughout the region

? Provide onsite IT support for hardware, software, and networking issues? Install and configure IT equipment (PCs, printers, networking devices, etc.)? Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently? Ensure excellent customer service while working at client sites? Maintain accurate records of installations and support requests? Travel to client locations as required (Company vehicle provided)

What We’re Looking For:

?? Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or field service roles?? Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and hardware troubleshooting?? Ability to install and configure IT systems independently?? Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service mindset?? Full driving license (essential) & willingness to travel?? Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus
