Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to telephone enquiries from customers and engineers, ensuring efficient communication.
  • Logging breakdowns and service requests, coordinating engineer attendance, and adhering to customer procedures for equipment repair and servicing.
  • Maintaining effective communication with engineers and other team members.
  • Accurately processing engineer's work orders and timesheets daily.
  • Delivering excellent customer service and front-line support to customers and team members alike.

  • Proficient in computer systems and data input.
