2nd Line IT Technician

Carlisle, England - ONSITE 5 days per week

Are you an experienced IT professional looking for your next challenge? Our client, a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Cyber Security specialist, is looking for a skilled 2nd Line IT Technician to join their growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing 2nd line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Troubleshooting and resolving server and infrastructure problems
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment
  • Monitoring systems and networks to ensure optimal performance
  • Assisting with IT projects, upgrades, and cyber security best practices
  • Delivering excellent customer service, both remotely and on-site

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a 2nd line IT support role (MSP or Cyber Security experience is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, network troubleshooting, and server management
  • Understanding of cyber security principles
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
