Are you an experienced IT professional looking for your next challenge? Our client, a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Cyber Security specialist, is looking for a skilled 2nd Line IT Technician to join their growing team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing 2nd line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshooting and resolving server and infrastructure problems
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment
- Monitoring systems and networks to ensure optimal performance
- Assisting with IT projects, upgrades, and cyber security best practices
- Delivering excellent customer service, both remotely and on-site
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a 2nd line IT support role (MSP or Cyber Security experience is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, network troubleshooting, and server management
- Understanding of cyber security principles
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
