They are responsible for explaining complex insurance terms in a clear and accessible manner, ensuring clients understand the coverage options and benefits. Additionally, protection insurance advisors must manage client relationships with professionalism and empathy, providing ongoing support and reviews to adapt coverage as clients’ needs evolve.
