CLASS 1 DRIVER – TRUNKING WORK
NIGHT & DAY SHIFTS AVAILABLE
£18.20 – £25.44 PER HOUR

People Solutions are looking for experienced Class 1 Drivers for trunking work with our well-established client based in Carlisle.

Shift Patterns:

• Night Shifts: Start times between 13:00 – 20:30
• Day Shifts: Start times between 00:00 – 07:00
• Shifts available Monday to Sunday

Day-to-Day Duties:

• Trunking routes for Class 1 vehicles
• Safely and efficiently operating Class 1 vehicles
• Completing daily vehicle checks before and after each shift
• Ensuring accurate and timely deliveries
• Securing loads and completing necessary paperwork
• Adhering to traffic laws and regulations

Essential Skills:

• Valid UK Class 1 (Category CE) Driving Licence
• No more than six penalty points for minor infringements
• No DR, DD, or IN endorsements due to insurance requirements
• Physically fit for manual handling tasks
• Reliable and professional

• Manual handling training
