Based in Carlisle/Cumbria, this role is suited to an ambitious solicitor or qualified CILEX lawyer with up to five years of post-qualification experience (PQE). As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters. You will use your expertise to support clients, offering strategic advice and tailored solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Competencies

  • Legal Expertise: Qualified solicitor or CILEX lawyer with 05 years PQE, with experience or interest in commercial property law.
