Based in Carlisle/Cumbria, this role is suited to an ambitious solicitor or qualified CILEX lawyer with up to five years of post-qualification experience (PQE). Your Mission
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters. You will use your expertise to support clients, offering strategic advice and tailored solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, demonstrating confidence in client-facing situations.
- Collaborating with a team of legal professionals to deliver seamless, high-quality service.
- Handling a variety of commercial property cases, with opportunities to focus on your areas of specialism.
- Proactively seeking new business opportunities while upholding the firms standards of excellence.
- Working efficiently to meet deadlines and ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.
Key Competencies
- Legal Expertise: Qualified solicitor or CILEX lawyer with 05 years PQE, with experience or interest in commercial property law.
- Client-Focused: Confident in engaging with clients and committed to delivering exceptional service.
