Working Hours: Sunday - Thursday 12:30PM-9PM

About the Role

Our Carlisle site is within our prestigious meals solutions division where you will be ensuring all resources are available that the production team require.

As a Production Planner you will be planning for multiple production lines, and play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process customer orders each morning
  • Manually work through Excel spreadsheets to integrate orders into our SAP system, determining batch and line assignments
  • Feed plans back into SAP to verify ingredient availability and other requirements
  • Create and communicate daily production plans to shift managers

About You

You are a proactive and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your excellent communication skills enable you to effectively liaise with various stakeholders, ensuring a clear production plan.

Key Skills/Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and schedule creation.
  • Familiarity with SAP is desirable.
  • Ability to handle and organise large sets of data.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with shift managers and other team members
  • Capable of explaining plans clearly and effectively
