Taylor Stevenson is seeking experienced van drivers for a client in Carlisle, one of the largest supermarkets in the UK.
The role involves delivering multiple drops to customers' homes, loading and unloading vehicles, and providing excellent customer service.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of van driving experience with multi-drop references and a full UK driving license.
The position offers a pay rate of £14 per hour with flexible shift lengths ranging from 4 to 13 hours, operating 7 days a week.
All selected candidates will undergo training and induction prior to starting, ensuring they are well-prepared for the fast-paced environment.

Taylor Stevenson are acting as an employment business on behalf of our client based in Carlisle.

Our client is one of the largest supermarkets in the UK, we are seeking experienced van drivers who want to be a part of a team within the supermarket assuring goods and shopping is delivered to customers homes on a busy home-delivery schedule.

Duties:

Delivering multiple drops throughout the day to customers homes

Loading and unloading vehicles in delivery order

Carrying out PODs with Scanners

Heavy Lifting

Working in a fast-paced environment

Good communication

Providing an excellent customer service

All suitable candidates will be fully trained and inducted prior to starting.

Minimum 8 hours paid per shift - 7 days a week operation.

Start times - vary - 06:00 to 17:00

Shift lengths vary - 4-13 hours shifts.

Must be flexible.

Requirements:

Van driving experience/multi drop experience - (references to support)

Full UK Driving licence - held for a minimum of 3 years,

Maximum of 3 points/offences.

Hi Vis & Safety Boots.

All selected candidates will be inducted and trained online prior to starting and have a site and health and safety induction.

Basic rate - £14ph
