Repairs Scheduler / Planner - Social Housing
£28,165 + Fuel Card + Bonus (Drivers License required)
Carlisle (Office based with some site travel across Carlisle)
TS Recruitment are working with a Social Housing Contractor based in Carlisle who due to an increase in workload are now seeking a permanent Repairs Planner / Scheduler who is also interested in commuting to sites to visit tenants.
Projects are a mixture of planned and reactive maintenance works.
- Experience: Proven track record in planning and scheduling within social housing contracts, either with a main contractor or Registered Social Landlord (RSL).
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with repairs and maintenance software. Strong skill with Excel.
- Skills: Excellent time management and communication abilities.
- Experience driving customer service best practice and complaint resolution
- Strong people management skills
