JGA is excited to be partnering with a thriving organisation in search of a Payroll Administrator to join their team.  

The Role:
  • Complete all payroll input in line with the agreed timetable
  • Process pay runs in line with the agreed timetable
  • Calculate and input Statutory Sick Pay (SSP), Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP), and Statutory Paternity Pay (SPP)
  • Run monthly reports to ensure pay rates are updated in line with the National Minimum Wage (NMW)
  • Process BACS recalls
  • Maintain up-to-date absence record cards
  • Process all monthly reports and ensure availability to the payroll team
  • File all statutory reports with HMRC
  • Respond to queries, ensuring all are satisfactorily resolved
  • Assist with the training of new staff as required
  • Assist the Payroll Manager with other ad-hoc duties as needed
