This popular, nationwide Pharmacy group are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Manager with the drive to be proactive in providing an array of services in a community pharmacy.The ideal candidate will have a real hands-on approach to the way we do things. Someone who is a strong leader and knows exactly what it takes to make the whole team tick and is focused just as much on building relationships as you are your business. If you love nothing more than getting to know your customers as well as being proactive in providing an array of services in a very busy community pharmacy, you could be the person we are looking for.

We are seeking an individual who embraces change and is able to support an existing team with new and existing business initiatives. You will have a positive "can do" attitude, promote and deliver services within the team and provide a great customer experience within the pharmacy. Join our friendly team and focus on providing outstanding patient care and healthcare in your local community.- Salary based on 42.5hrs p/w

Key Duties

  • Manage the pharmacy business to maximise its profitability in line with annual budgets and KPI's.
  • Control costs and ensure all colleagues operate in line with business requirements and initiatives.
  • Ensure all colleagues comply with operational guidance, SOPs and company policies.
  • Ensure the pharmacy complies with GPhC standards and other relevant guidance in order to provide safe pharmaceutical services where risks are minimised.
