We require a strong administrator and clerk to the board on a part-time basis (15 hours over 3 days a week) on an interim basis until July 2025.

  • Prepare and distribute all agendas and documentation for all board meetings
  • Upload papers and maintain information for the Governor Hub
  • Send calendar invites for meetings and monitor attendance
  • Support the Trust board Chair and members with any administration needs - papers, log ins, presentations etc.
  • Book meeting rooms, set up the events and arrange hospitality when required.
  • Produce and print meeting packs.

What you'll need to succeed

  • The ability to support two evening meetings during this role.
  • Solid experience of working in an administrative setting
  • Previous experience within the education sector is ideal but not essential
  • Experience of working with learning and digital networking platforms such as Teams, Zoom, Moodle etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, Teams, Forms and Outlook.
  • Able to address sensitive matters in a caring manner and maintain confidentiality at all times.
