We have an exciting opportunity for a Stock and Production Administrator to join a large Manufacturing site in the heart of Carlisle.
This is a pivotal time to be joining this organisation as they embark on their journey to become the UKs flagship site, manufacturing some the worlds most well-known sweet treats.

As the Stock and Production Administrator you will be responsible for:
  • Entering daily production including updating all relevant spreadsheets, entering data into SAP, and identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  • Maintain movement of inventory & stock through the quality process.
  • Responsible for analysing and communicating information to the plant management and other key teams across the business.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven ability to process complex and detailed data.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills with the ability to communicate production and financial information across the business.
  • Demonstrate the ability to identify problems and think independently about alternative ways to solve problems based on analysis of data.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with various computer programmes such as Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Experience in SAP is desirable

Training can be provided in some computer software, providing you have a numerical and analytical mind. This role will involve a lot of data entry along with working with senior managers to obtain production and stock figures.

Working Hours: 5am 1pm or 6am - 2pm Tuesday to Saturday

Pay: £28,500 p/a
