As the Stock and Production Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Entering daily production including updating all relevant spreadsheets, entering data into SAP, and identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
- Maintain movement of inventory & stock through the quality process.
- Responsible for analysing and communicating information to the plant management and other key teams across the business.
- Proven ability to process complex and detailed data.
- Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills with the ability to communicate production and financial information across the business.
- Demonstrate the ability to identify problems and think independently about alternative ways to solve problems based on analysis of data.
- Intermediate to advanced skills with various computer programmes such as Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience in SAP is desirable
Training can be provided in some computer software, providing you have a numerical and analytical mind. This role will involve a lot of data entry along with working with senior managers to obtain production and stock figures.
Working Hours: 5am 1pm or 6am - 2pm Tuesday to Saturday
Pay: £28,500 p/a
