Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Management: Onboard new suppliers, maintain records, and ensure compliance.
  • Procurement Support: Assist with tenders, purchase orders, invoicing, and online transactions.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide spend reports and monitor supplier performance.
  • Fleet Administration: Manage company vehicles, fuel cards, insurance claims, and maintenance bookings.
