Your new role
In your new role as Receptionist, you will act as a first point of contract for patients and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice. Your duties will consist of:
- Front desk management (greeting patients, answering calls etc)
- Maintain & update patient records accurately
- Process insurance claims
- Patient support
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, it is important to have great interpersonal and communication skills. Additionally, you will need experience within a customer facing role / administrative role, so you are capable of operating around their in-house system and handling patients.
