This advanced development team based in Cumbria are looking to add a Product Development Manager to their software delivery team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end life cycle of the product from development through to launch and ongoing optimisation. They offer a clearly defined career path with an excellent benefits package. You will have strong experience working in product development and ideally have worked on insurance products/for a financial technology company previously. The role will work collaboratively and cross-functionally with compliance, business intelligence, data, legal, and marketing teams.
Core skills & experience including:
- Excellent background working in product development
- Experience working in an Agile environment including the use of Miro, Jira etc
- Experience using data to help make business decisions
- Ideally a good knowledge of insurance products
