The role:
As the Customer Care Administrator, you act as a key point of contact and be responsible for providing the clients with ongoing support and handling any queries in a professional manner.  We are looking for someone who will have a kind and compassionate approach to the clients and be a fantastic communicator in the team.

Responsibilities:

• Being the first point of contact for clients regarding inquiries, issues and concerns and liaising with their financial advisor
• Communicating with customers on financial matters within the contact centre environment
• Answering the phone and forwarding calls to the relevant people as well as making calls to customers and clients
• Working in a regulated environment where you will be supported to ensure you are following regulations
• Handling sensitive situations and vulnerable customers appropriately
• Demonstrate resilience and handle challenging conversations

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Good problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution abilities
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• Good emotional Intelligence skills
• Customer or client service experience
